WE ARE HIRING – Administration Assistant


Job Description

We are an independent firm of accountants based in North Leeds. We are looking for a part-time administration assistant to join our team working 25-27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate should be confident and have experience of working as part of a team. Office administration experience is essential, and the successful candidate must have experience of working in office administration or a similar role.

Key Responsibilitiesdealing with late payments

Reporting to the Office Manager the role will provide general admin support to all functions of the business including:

– Liaising with clients, responding to client queries, answering calls and greeting clients on arrival

– Filing and dealing with archiving

– Raising sales invoices and chasing outstanding accounts

– Ordering office supplies

– Monitoring workflow

– And generally supporting the Office Manager


Experience of working in a team

Knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Applications

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, professional phone manner

High level of attention to detail

Confident, organised and keen to learn

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.15 per hour
